Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with your order ID,Reason for return. A parcel Opening Video of the product is mandatory for return approval.

As most of our jewellery is one-size or adjustable, size exchanges are typically not applicable. For specific queries, contact our support.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. However, if an item is out of stock, please contact us to know when it will be available again.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, we will email/SMS you the tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
