Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Please contact our support team with your order details and photos of the product. We will guide you through the return/exchange process.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
As most of our jewellery is one-size or adjustable, size exchanges are typically not applicable. For specific queries, contact our support.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. However, if an item is out of stock, please contact us to know when it will be available again.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please reach out to us.
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, we will email/SMS you the tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
In case of delays or lost packages, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with our shipping partners and assist you.
